HOW DO THE ROCK YOUR AGE PROGRAMS WORK?
First we need to figure out what program is right for you. No matter what your age, size or goal is I have a program that is right for you. After we choose your program you will be sent a list of questions to help me better understand where you are and where you want to be.
The Rock Your Age programs consist of a custom diet, nutritional help and tips, 4 weeks worth of professional support from me.
You will get a “check-in” from me every Sunday and be responsible for contacting me on a weekly basis to let me know your updates and progress. You will be communicating with me personally, not an automated system. My goal is to get you in the best shape of your life and teach you Rock Your Age Lifestyle for long term success.
We will address issues such as metabolism, food addictions, stress, toxins, thyroid, cortisol and hormones that are all related to age and weight gain.
